Qualification- Min Graduate
Prior experience in retail sales and operation in any well known retail brand is mendatory.
Roles and responsibilities,
Responsible for the overall operation and success of a retail store. His/Her duties include
Monitoring sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.
Good knowledge of retail store KPIs & SOPs.
Overseeing stock levels, stock ordering, Store Visual merchendising, Store hyegine, Cash management etc.
Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
Ensuring a positive shopping experience, handling customer queries and complaints, and resolving issues effectively.
Sales Executive
Experience req 1-3Yrs in Retail.
Good knowledge of retail sales, customer service, operation and KPIs.
